Service Description
Equa Movement is a personalized movement program designed for women who are tired of forcing themselves into workouts that don’t feel good, don’t last, or don’t actually support their energy. This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness plan—and it’s not about pushing harder. Instead, we focus on helping you discover what your body actually needs in this season of your life. For some, that might look like strength training. For others, it might be walking, cycling, yoga, or a combination of modalities. The goal is simple: To create a movement practice that feels sustainable, supportive, and aligned with your energy—not something you have to force yourself to do. Through this program, we’ll: Identify what types of movement best support your body and nervous system Build a routine that works with your lifestyle (not against it) Improve strength, mobility, and overall energy Reduce burnout and the “all or nothing” approach to exercise Help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering This is about creating consistency without pressure—and strength without depletion. Equa Movement requires a minimum commitment of 5 sessions, allowing us to build momentum, adapt to your needs, and transform into real, lasting change.
