Equa Reiki

Service Description

Equa Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy practice designed to support your body in releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and restoring a sense of balance. During your session, you’ll rest comfortably while subtle energy work helps quiet the mental noise and ease physical and emotional stress held in the body. This isn’t something you have to figure out or “do right.” It’s a space to be open and receive. Many clients experience a deep sense of calm, clarity, and lightness—like their system finally had a moment to reset. Think of it as support for what your body already knows how to do: slow down, regulate, and return to center.
